Table 2 shows the economic, social and environmental impacts of bushfires. The tangible losses such as electricity are the losses that physically affect communities and the intangible losses such as cultural heritage are losses that have no physical presence. As shown in the table there are many direct and indirect losses due to bushfires. The tangible losses are shown to have a greater economic impact, whereas the intangible losses have a greater social and environmental impact. However there are a greater overall amount of economic impacts from bushfires.
